New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) is in Israel today with victims of the October 7 Hamas attacks. Sen. Chuck Schumer (DN.Y.) had been in China but quickly left amid the attacks on Israel. Schumer then led a delegation to Tel Aviv, which was taken to a cramped bunker shelter during the heavy rocket fire.
