On February 8, 2023, while arguing on behalf of fired New York workers who refused covid vaccinations, attorney John Bursch stated in open court that unvaccinated New York City teachers were marked with trouble codes in their personnel files, and when that happened “their fingerprints.” are sent under this flag to the FBI and New York Criminal Justice Services.”

The source of this information is Betsy Combier, who wrote an affidavit (see pdf below) in the case of Kane v. Federal Bureau of Investigation” (FBI) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

If there was no misconduct, why are the fingerprints of unvaccinated educators being sent to the FBI?
I believe that the unvaccinated New York educators were setting themselves up to be seen as “right-wing extremists” or even “terrorists.” We have known for many years that Dr. Peter Hotez has been promoting an insane narrative that “vaccination doubters” are an extremely dangerous group, and that we should look to Homeland Security and even NATO for suggestions on how to deal with this type of vaccine. “threat”. If we look at those who refused the covid vaccination through this lens, it’s easy to see why their sensitive biometric information (like fingerprints) would be illegally sent to the FBI.
Educators who refused the covid vaccine, myself included, had every right to do so. No one is a “terrorist” or “extremist” for holding the line on what goes on and off inside their bodies, especially injected directly into muscle tissue.
These developments are sure to open a new round of lawsuits.
New York’s violations of educators’ (and students’) rights to their biometric information do not surprise me. The first time I sued the city was in 2020 over school covid testing and the privacy rights of the DNA provided. It turned out that the covid testing company then mayor Bill de Blasio hired, FULGENT GENETICS, reserved the right to use DNA samples obtained from covid tests and catalog them in libraries owned by the company It also turned out that Fulgent had close ties to the Chinese government.
Never trust NYC or their Department of “Education”.
