Filmmaker Oliver Stone regrets voting for Joe Biden: “I made a mistake!”

Director Oliver Stone said he regretted voting for Joe Biden in the 2020 election, warning that the president is dragging the country into a potential World War III with Russia.

“I voted for him, I was wrong!” Stone said in a new interview with actor Russell Brand.

Stone expressed his voter’s remorse by criticizing the Biden administration’s handling of the war in Ukraine.

“This is a possible World War III,” said the two-Oscar-winning director. “This is the same situation as World War I, in a sense. The stupidity of it, because of the alliances and the fears and phobias built up. If we don’t stop this, what Biden is doing, I voted for him : I made a mistake! — Thinking he was an old man now that he would calm down, be softer and so on. I didn’t see it at all.”

He added: “I see a man [Biden] who may not be in charge of his own administration. Who knows [if] it will fall somewhere It seems that he is stupidly dragging us into a confrontation with a power that will not yield.”

Stone interviewed Russia’s Vladimir Putin for his four-part Showtime documentary series Putin’s interviews in 2017.

Although he opposed former President Donald Trump, Stone thrown on Twitter in 2021 over its decision to ban Trump, calling the move “shocking” while criticizing the country’s growing trend toward censorship, which is being carried out by social media companies at the behest of the Biden administration.

President Biden has done it they boasted of its commitment to continued military aid to Ukraine, now a 43 billion dollars and counting It has admitted to causing a shortage ammunition for US service members with this help, offering this admission, oddly enough, as justification for sending dispersion bombswhich will likely harm civilians for years to come.
