Tempers flared on a scorchingly hot day at joint training camp between the New York Giants and Detroit Lions as rookie Malik Nabers and Lions safety Kerby Joseph engaged in a heated altercation.

The incident, captured by TradeMark™ at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center in New Jersey, revealed a faceoff that left no doubt about the intensity of the moment.

Caught on video, the tackle unfolded after the 21-year-old Nabers, the Giants' sixth overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, tried to make a catch only to be thwarted by defensive end DB Terrion Arnold.

Nabers, while retreating to the line of scrimmage, apparently took an unexpected hit on the 23-year-old Joseph's helmet, igniting a beer storm.

Unwilling to back down, the 205-pound Lions linebacker responded, and before anyone could intervene, the two engaged in a full-scale brawl.

Notably, other players, such as Giants cornerback Breon Borders and Lions' Brian Branch, also entered the skirmish, further escalating the confrontation.

Interestingly, this matchup comes on the heels of multiple altercations between Giants and Lions players during Monday's practice, including one involving quarterback Daniel Jones.
