FRANKFORT, Ky. – A federal judge has put a stop to the Biden regime's latest bid to push its agenda, pausing the new expansion of the Title IX rule to six more states. U.S. District Judge Danny C. Reeves didn't bite, calling the move “arbitrary in the truest sense of the word” as he granted a preliminary injunction and put the brakes on Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio , Tennessee, Virginia and West. virginia This blow comes just after another federal judge halted the rollout of the new regulation in Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi and Montana.

The news was music to the ears of Kentucky GOP Attorney General Russell Coleman, who wasted no time expressing his disdain for the regulation, which he says could undermine opportunities for women. “The judge's order makes clear that the US Department of Education's attempt to redefine 'sex' to include 'gender identity' is unlawful and beyond the regulatory authority of the 'agency,” Coleman quipped in a statement that surely ruffled some feathers.
