Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris may have finally secured Barack Obama's endorsement, but other Democrats won't have it so easy.
As mainstream Democrats and their media pups go full steam ahead in support of a possible Harris presidency, Democrats stuck in the real world aren't so eager to get on board. After all, they have constituents to answer to.
Take, for example, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington, considered a vulnerable Democrat in a deep blue state. As she took to the streets of DC to support Harris, Perez, who is a DNC delegate, remained tight-lipped as she hurried away as the reporter asked the question.

Washington's representative. remained silent when asked about Harris' border registration during the same meeting, but made her feelings known when she and five other Democrats voted with Republicans for a resolution to attack the failures of the “frontier tsar”.
“By all metrics, Kamala Harris has failed to secure our borders, instead advancing far-left Democrats' failed open-border policies and the needs of illegal immigrants above the safety of Americans” , New York Rep. Elise Stefanik tweeted on her way to the House. floor with the handful of Dem supporters on Thursday.
He later spoke to the Perez campaign Fox News Digital telling them he had “no plans” to endorse Harris.
Perez is considered one of the most vulnerable Dems in the country and clinched a 2022 victory by less than 2 points, FND reported.
Meanwhile, Jared Golden of Maine, a so-called centrist Democrat, said he is “absolutely not” committed to supporting Harris, according to axes.
Golden, who won his race handily, also joined the GOP in condemning Harris' failure on the border crisis, but took a “wait and see” attitude to keep the door open to a possible endorsement of Harris in the future, according to Axios.
As for the Senate, Jon Tester of Montana has yet to put his hat on for Harris, likely to gauge the reaction he might get from local conservative voters.
Harris has made a name for herself by supporting far-left policies and has been dubbed “dangerously liberal”. At least some Democrats seem hesitant about public support.
From her anti-police rhetoric to anti-fracking to her disastrous border policies (or lack thereof), she and the media have a long-running battle to transform her into a Martin Luther King Jr.-like moderate figure.
DID YOU KNOW: Kamala Harris was considered the most liberal U.S. senator in the United States by nonpartisan observers during her time in Congress.
