EXCLUSIVE: Hunter Biden’s lawyer Kevin Morris is seen smoking a BONG on the balcony of his Los Angeles home as he is clearly seen from the road during a visit from the president’s son

Hunter Biden visited her “sugar brother” Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris, who was photographed appearing to smoke from a bong.

The first son made a trip from his Malibu pad to the Pacific Palisades on Thursday to visit his lawyer, after agreeing plead guilty to federal tax crimes last month.

While Hunter was at the house, Morris was caught on a balcony in full view of the public street appearing to puff on a white bong, in photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.

Seeing his lawyer rip off a bong could trigger unwanted flashbacks for the first son, who photographed and on video himself using copious amounts of drugs, including crack cocaine, on benders of weeks for years, shows footage from his abandoned laptop.

One of the criminal charges against Hunter is lying in a 2018 federal weapon form that he was not an illicit drug user, when he admitted in his memoirs to being a crack addict.

It’s unclear what substance was in Morris’ bong, and recreational use of marijuana is legal in California. He did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The visit came after Sen. Chuck Grassley released a copy of an FBI report detailing claims by a trusted informant that Joe Biden and Hunter received $10 million in bribes from Ukrainian gas company owner Mykola Zlochevsky.

On Friday DailyMail.com revealed that the The FBI also corroborated parts of the informant’s story in 2020, according to a source close to the federal investigation.

Morris made a fortune representing the creators of the TV show South Park in a $900 million deal with ViacomCBS in 2021.

He was dubbed Hunter’s “sugar brother” after he agreed to loan the first son $2.8 million to pay off his tax debts and joined his legal team amid criminal and congressional investigations.

He has also represented a number of Hollywood heavyweights such as Ellen DeGeneres, Scarlett Johansson, Matthew McConaughey and Chris Rock.

Morris is currently suing Marco Polo and its founder, former Donald Trump White House staffer Garrett Ziegler, who has been investigating the Biden family.

The attorney accused Ziegler and his nonprofit of harassment, invasion of privacy and “criminal impersonation” in court documents filed in Los Angeles.

In text messages published last year by DailyMail.com, Morris appeared to lose his temper with a Marco Polo agent posing as a potential ally willing to help Hunter’s legal team, calling the hoax a “fucking idiot”, adding: “I’m going to take all your money” and “I know where you live”.

Morris also allegedly dabbled in undercover tricks to get information from Hunter’s enemies.

The lawyer was accused of lying to gain access to the set of My Son Hunter, a film designed to paint Biden in the worst possible light with stories about his drug use, partying and allegedly corrupt business dealings.

He flew on a private jet to Serbia, where the film was being shot, claiming he wanted to interview producers for a documentary he said he was making about Biden’s corruption, My Son Hunter producer Phelim McAleer said.

McAleer stated at the time, “Now that I know about his portrayal of Hunter Biden, his questions while they were filming suddenly make a lot of sense. I thought he was just making a documentary, but now it seems like he was underhandedly spying for his client Hunter Biden.

Morris and two colleagues had full access to the set for several days recording hours of footage for the supposed documentary.

The filmmakers claim that Morris was particularly interested in the content of the film, including the sources they had for their information and what they knew about how Hunter’s laptop got into the hands of the media.

Morris was reportedly behind attempts last year to push friendly media organizations to question the provenance of Hunter’s abandoned laptop, despite DailyMail.com’s authentication of the hard drive using top cyber forensics experts in early 2021, and subsequent verification by the Washington Post, New York Times and CBS.

The more proactive legal strategy reportedly caused anxiety in the White House, sources told CNN, with the president’s aides preferring that Hunter stay quiet and lay low.
