Donald Trump is still scheduled to appear at a rally in Bozeman later this evening.
Trump, who is in Montana for a fundraiser and to support Senate candidate Tim Sheehy, posted a video from his plane on social media. In the video, he praised Montana's beauty, but made no mention of the mechanical problem or the fun. “I just landed in a very beautiful place – Montana. So beautiful, flying over and you just look down and it's supposed to be like this,” Trump said. He added, “I'm here to do some fundraisers and most importantly to support Tim Sheehy, who is running for the United States Senate and we think he's going to do really well. We're going to have a rally. And it's going to be a lot of fun.”

It is unclear at this time whether Trump will continue to Bozeman by plane or traveling by motorcade, the local FOX affiliate reported. Bozeman Airport CEO Brian Springer confirmed that Trump's plane landed in Billings and that the motorcade originally planned to meet him in Bozeman had already left.
