Fox welcomes ‘attack dog’ Ramaswamy for debate performance. Campos-Duffy, on the other hand…

The Fox & Friends hosts’ interpretation of Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy’s debate performance was the exact opposite of his colleague Rachel Campos-Duffy.

Hosts Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt and Brian Kilmeade all crowded into Ramaswamy Thursday for his aggressive performance during the third Republican debate in Miami.

During the highlights of the confrontation, Kilmeade claimed that Ramaswamy was “throwing bombs” during the debate and mentioned his young age in relation to this.

Earhardt took offense to the Republican brand attacking Nikki Haley and her daughter’s three-inch heels using TikTok, “Women don’t like that. When you go after your daughter and your high heels, it’s sexist.”

Doocy said: “He had a terrible night,” adding: “He was an attack dog last night.”

The hosts agreed that DeSantis and Haley won the debate and suggested that the other candidates drop out.

Fox & Friends host Rachel Campos-Duffy had an entirely different take on Ramaswamy. After the debate, she had a lively interview with him and his wife, Dr. Apoorva Ramaswamy, and made it clear that she was impressed.

“[P]People are talking, it’s funny, but the truth is that this is a very important issue for you, the idea of war. It’s peace and wars that we’ve been in for the last few decades and so on,” Campos-Duffy told Ramaswamy.

He also said, “You know, one of the things someone said to me here in the dining room was that your answers are so perfect it makes them nervous! Why is that?”

Ramaswamy replied: “I appreciate that you have to be skeptical of any politician. I’ve only been one for about seven months, but I’m skeptical of politicians too.”

The debate exchanges between Ramaswamy and Haley that sparked Fox & Friends were among the most memorable of the evening.

“Do you want a leader of a different generation who will put this country first?” Ramaswamy asked the audience at one point about the wars: “Do you want Dick Cheney in three inch heels? In that case, we have two of them on stage tonight.”

When asked about banning TikTok because it is a national security threat related to the Chinese Communists, Ramaswamy replied: “Well, I want to laugh why Nikki Haley didn’t answer your question, which is about looking at the families in the eyes. In the last debate, he made fun of me joining TikTok. Well, his own daughter was using the app for a long time. So you might want to take care of your family before preach to no one else.”

“Get my daughter out of your voice,” Haley told Ramaswamy as he was booed.

“The next generation of Americans is using it, and that’s really the point,” Ramaswamy added. “You have her supporters rooting for her, that’s fine. Here’s the truth…”

You’re just scum!Haley answered.
