A Florida man allegedly tried to circumcise his younger cousin while caring for him. The accused, Timothoes Powell, 29, cut the 2-year-old boy in the groin area on October 17.
Powell was babysitting the child while the child’s mother was at work. The grandparents were also present in the house but were asleep at the time of the incident. Powell contacted the boy’s mother around 7 p.m., informing her that her son was bleeding from the genital area due to glass fragments in the diaper.
