DNC Official Caught Saying Kamala Won't Win, 'She's Weirdly Unpopular' [VIDEO]

The footage has arose from Joyce DeCerce, compliance manager for the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and part of Kamala Harris' team, who admitted that Harris' campaign may not pull off a victory this year.

The video, shared by O'Keefe Media, shows DeCerce expressing disappointment at Harris' unpopularity and suggesting empty promises are being made to campaign donors.

During the footage, DeCerce acknowledges that the fundraising strategy revolves around taking money and saying what donors want to hear.

The video, allegedly captured by an undercover reporter whose identity has not been released, was released by James O'Keefe, founder of O'Keefe Media. O'Keefe claimed the reporter received a threatening postcard urging her to stop publishing the video.

In the clip, DeCerce admits, “I like Kamala Harris, but I don't think she would win this year.” When asked about the reason for this belief, he provides a critical analysis, highlighting Harris' unpopularity and suggesting that the attacks against her are motivated by racism and misogyny.

DeCerce continues, noting that the role of vice president does not have significant accomplishments and requires managing difficult tasks. He attributes the criticism directed at Harris to “racist and sexist nonsense” that would not be directed at a male candidate.

The compliance officer clarifies his roles within the organization, highlighting his responsibility to report the DNC's finances to the government. He points out that Joe Biden's campaign has no such compliance manager.

When asked about donation assurance, DeCerce states, “You tell a donor what they want to hear.” When pressed on whether that strategy always involves taking money and saying what donors want to hear, he says yes, adding, “Yes, that's politics.”

DeCerce also expresses support for Biden's debate with Trump, saying it would have been politically necessary and downplaying its potential consequences for the president. Notably, the video appears to have been filmed before the debate took place on June 28.

The undercover reporter highlights concerns raised by some donors who perceive the campaign as struggling, which DeCerce appears to agree with, speculating that attacking Trump more aggressively could ease those doubts.

O'Keefe claims the reporter, who initiated the meeting, arranged their meetings through the dating app Bumble.
