America's top intelligence agency celebrates Pride Month by inviting agents to paint the transgender flag on their nails, participate in an “Allied Pride Challenge” and learn from an activist “non-binary,” “Filipinx” who has taught children about their non-binary identity, a document obtained exclusively by The Daily Wire reveals.
The intelligence document describes nine different Pride Month activities conducted by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), a cabinet level agency oversee the rest of the IC, including the CIA, FBI, NSA, and the intelligence components of each branch of the military. Throughout the month, intelligence officers will paint their nails with trans flags, or even learn to weave their own Pride flags.
“For nail painting, we'll have our professional team of FVEY artists ready to decorate you for Pride Month, with the option to celebrate the colors of pride or the trans flag,” the document says before encouraging intelligence officers to paint their nails. “If you don't normally paint your nails, or have never done it, better! We'll do it all for you, and you might just love it. What better way to show your alliance to the community?”
The elaborate array of Pride celebrations, all during the working hours of America's main intelligence apparatus, demonstrates one of the most egregious ways in which the most powerful instruments of the federal government have been captured and exploited by left-wing ideologues.
Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL), a member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence and a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran who fought in the elite Green Berets, confirmed the authenticity of the document with the intelligence community. He said it's another example of the Biden administration wasting valuable time and resources away from serious intelligence-gathering activities that are vital to our national security.
“It just shows where this administration's priorities remain, which is virtue signaling for the progressive left, instead of focusing on lethality, effective intelligence gathering, and the security of America Waltz told The Daily Wire. “It's just a total shift in priorities, and it's coming from the top, and it's coming from highly politicized political appointees, by political appointees who are pushing an agenda.”
The “Nails & Crafts” event was celebrated with Pride Employee Resource Group as well as the “FVEY Liaison Offices”, a reference to the Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance which includes the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The document's reference to Five Eyes indicates that foreign intelligence agents may have been invited or present at the nail painting event.
The same event also featured crochet lessons from 'FVEY crocheters', who taught 'how to make Pride flags'.
This nail-painting event, which took place on June 4, came right before a talk by guest speaker AC Dumlao, who describes himself as a “first-generation non-binary Filipino-American activist and educator transgender” and has a website called ” Call Me Them.
“AC will lead a discussion focused on transgender, non-binary and gender diverse identities,” as well as “where we stand today with trans rights and ending discrimination,” the event description reads.
Dumlao “specializes in advising on inclusive policies for transgender and non-binary people in the workplace” according to your website. He goes on to explain that “AC is dedicated to providing representation to queer and trans youth of the global majority.” Dumlao even appeared a targeted YouTube channel preschoolerscalled “Queer Kids Stuff,” to teach kids about non-binary gender identity and that gender exists on a spectrum.
Dumlao's website lists a number of different organizations that she recommends supporting, each of which further highlights the extent of Dumlao's radicalism. One such organization, called the Manna-hatta Fund, describes itself as “an invitation to all settlers and non-natives who wish to acknowledge the legacy of theft and genocide that shapes the history of New York City and the United States “. The radical activist also points out those who visit his site Song of Red Canary, an organization of “Asian and migrant sex workers and massage workers, organizing transnationally.” The group claims that its work “is in the tradition of mutual aid of sex workers”.
The ODNI offered several more outlets to intelligence officers to celebrate Pride Month.
The document encourages officers to write blog posts for the “Why I'm an Ally” series, run by the Pride Employee Resource Group, and provides an “informal way for Allies in the Pride community to explain why they choose to actively “. an ally”. The Pride Employee Resource Group also sought to recruit new leadership, explaining that the organizations “provide employees from underrepresented groups and their allies with the tools and ability to identify and address barriers that can hinder achievement for this population.” .
There was also a “Pride Month Kickoff Event” earlier in the month that featured members of the Pride Employee Resource Group who shared “personal observations about how inclusion has grown in the work placement”. A panel discussion on the “intergenerational transgender community,” scheduled for June 17, will bring together “members of the transgenerational, nonbinary, and gender-expansive community” to discuss “their unique lived experiences.”

Then there's ODNI's “Pride Ally Challenge,” which began on June 3 and takes intelligence officers on a “guided journey to learn more about the LGBTQ+ community and empower you to be- you into a better and better informed ally” through 20 different daily activities.
ODNI also hosts a mid-month “Walk with Pride” event, inviting intelligence officers to “[c]celebrate Pride and show your support for the LGBTQIA+ community” at the march. “Be sure to wear your pride!” the document is read.
In case agents want another chance to celebrate Pride Month, there will also be an “IC Pride Summit” for the intelligence community at the end of the month.
Waltz said this is not the time for the country to lose focus and that adversaries are becoming more powerful while components of our intelligence community are distracted by political agendas.
“I think it's a complete misalignment of priorities by senior leaders down the chain, and you top it off with the number of threats we face as a country from equal adversaries who are eclipsing us in hypersonics, in nuclear weapons. , in space, in the size of their navy, in espionage,” Waltz continued. “You have the director of the FBI saying we're opening, they're opening a new counterintelligence case against China every 12 hours, and they don't have the resources anywhere to do it.”
“How about we have some meat eaters who are worried about putting bullets or bombs in the bad guys' foreheads? Intelligence gathering, filling in gaps, spying, doing covert activities to keep America safe,” Waltz added.
The revelations about ODNI's extensive Pride Month celebrations come after The Daily Wire previously exposed another facet of ODNI's DEI agenda. A DEI newsletter published and distributed by ODNI included an article by an intelligence agent stating that transvestism made him a better agent. “I believe that my experiences as someone who cross-dresses have honed the skills I use as an intelligence officer,” the official ODNI document says.

That same document also warned intelligence officers not to use “problematic language” when discussing Islamic terrorism. The document stated that “some of the problematic phrases include, but are not limited to: 'Salafist-Jihadist', 'Jihadist', 'Islamic-extremist', 'Sunni/Shia-extremism' and 'radical Islamists'”.
The editor-in-chief of the ODNI newsletter also celebrated that employee resource groups within the intelligence community “have been particularly successful in creating a new language framework and guidelines for as we speak of the People's Republic of China.” Like many other federal agencies, ODNI has one DEI equipment and personnel he specifically pledged to further embed left-wing doctrine throughout the government.
However, the ODNI Pride celebrations and the DEI newsletter are just a couple of examples of the US intelligence community advancing far-left ideologies. The National Security Agency (NSA) published an internal DEI glossary, obtained exclusively from The Daily Wire, which included terms like “white fragility,” “transmisogyny,” “settler colonialism” and even the gender-neutral pronouns “ze” and “zir.”
The Biden administration has attempted to mainstream far-left ideology through the practices of the U.S. intelligence community, the military, and the entire federal bureaucracy, institutionalizing left-wing dogma through DEI training , equity officials and celebrations like those revealed here. Biden signed multiple executive orders institutionalizing DEI, and its federal agencies have even worked allow gender transition attempts among government employees, banning the use of biologically accurate pronouns in the process.
