House Republicans have released a full 291-page report detailing his findings of the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.

The report, compiled by the House Oversight, Judiciary and Ways and Means Committees, alleges that Biden engaged in “impeachable conduct” by “abusing his office” and “defrauding the United States to enrich his family”.

The report claims to have accumulated significant evidence indicating that Biden was involved in a scheme to monetize his vice presidency for personal gain.

According to Republicans, Biden and his family received tens of millions of dollars from foreign entities, with the implication that these payments were intended to secure access and influence with the vice president.

The report alleges that since 2014, more than $27 million was funneled to the Biden family from foreign individuals or organizations.

Other allegations indicate that the Biden family, taking advantage of Joe Biden's position, secured more than $8 million in loans from Democratic benefactors.

The report criticizes the lack of documentation and repayment of these loans, claiming that the documentation supporting many of these transactions is missing.

The report states that Biden participated in the alleged conspiracy by engaging with foreign business partners, including attending dinners and communicating with them through his son Hunter Biden.

A prominent example is a 2014 dinner with Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina, which allegedly led to Baturina wiring $3.5 million to Hunter Biden's firm, Rosemont Seneca Thornton. The report also cites other meetings involving Hunter Biden associates, including Jonathan Li of BHR in China and Ye Jianming of CEFC.

“Based on the totality of the evidence, it is inconceivable that President Biden did not understand that he was participating in an effort to enrich his family by abusing his position of public trust,” the report states.

The report alleges that the Biden family engaged in efforts to conceal their financial transactions through complex transactions and intermediaries. He accuses Hunter Biden and his associates of using Joe Biden's position to get favorable business and legal deals in countries like Romania, China, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.

The report also accuses Biden of mishandling classified information while serving as vice president. Claims Biden removed sensitive White House documents without authorization.

Special counsel Robert Hur investigated the claims but did not recommend charges, describing Biden as a “nice, well-meaning older man with a short memory.”

The report also addresses allegations by IRS whistleblowers who claimed the Justice Department allowed the statute of limitations on Hunter Biden's alleged tax crimes to expire.

The report suggests that the Justice Department's actions could form a basis for impeachment, citing a potential parallel to the impeachment of President Nixon in 1974.

In their findings, Republicans argue that Biden's conduct, which involves using his position to enrich his family, is a serious violation of the public trust. They say his actions reflect a pattern of influence peddling, with the Biden family benefiting from his position.

The report concludes by underscoring the seriousness of the findings and asserting that impeachment is the appropriate remedy for what they describe as Biden's flagrant abuse of office.

The investigation began in mid-2023 and was formalized by the House of Representatives in December 2023. This report comes as Biden faces internal pressure within the Democratic Party, especially after the suspension of the re-election campaign.

House Republicans previously sent criminal referrals to the Justice Department in June 2024, recommending charges against Hunter Biden and James Biden, the president's brother, for making false statements to Congress.

Hunter Biden has already been convicted on federal gun charges and his federal prosecution trial is scheduled to begin in September.
