I mean, honestly, I heard that sentiment straight out of his mouth.

I have a relative that I grew up with that we’ve been friends with all our lives, though Oh my god have you ever been an NPC?

I try to explain this kind of crap to him, and he immediately shuts down. He actually gets angry and will say things like “Who gives a shit?”.

However, every single baseball, football and basketball, he’ll move mountains to make sure he doesn’t miss it. I’m talking, if his wife went into labor in the middle of one, I’d tell her she’d have to wait to go to the hospital until the game was over.

90% of the time it’s because he has his entire paycheck gambling and has lost his ass so many times in the past that he’s had to live on credit cards.

All while consuming bud light.

Like, I love the guy, we grew up together and we’ll always be friends, but when it comes to his critical thinking skills, he’s a fucking moron.

I remember when Bud Light first went gay with their rainbow beer, and I told him about it, he said, “Ugh, I guess that’s the last light for me!” by the following weekend I had already bought another case. I said, “I thought you were going to stop drinking that shit?” and his response was something along the lines of “oh well, it’s just a damn can, who cares?”

He will do the same with transsexual beer, I can guarantee he will drink it again.

Because he is the literal example of the American NPC consumer. The same kind as the overwhelming majority of people in this nation.

They are totally blind to everything around them, because the bread and the circus are too good. And anyone who tries to open their eyes will get angry and attack them, because opening their eyes might mean they would have to leave their comfortable (and seemingly safe) cave.

The problem, however, is that this kind of blind consumerism doesn’t keep them safe.

All the time they are asleep at the wheel and accept anything in the hope that their lives will never change, all the time they keep their heads buried in the sand, the enemies of this nation are working against us.

The CCP threat is very real and they are literally kicking our ass right now, and it is very likely that we will end up as a third world country beholden to China, all because these morons were too comfortable to raise- get off the sofa and turn off the sports ball and turn off the bulb light.
