DOJ gets hit to stop telling ‘big lie’ about January 6th

In the wake of explosive new footage from January 6 revealed by Fox News host Tucker Carlson, there have been false claims by Biden officials that police officers were killed by protesters during the Capitol riots.

Notably, Attorney General Merrick Garland misrepresented the incident and implied that five police officers died as a result of the January 6 incident.

“I think every American saw what happened on January 6th, and most of us saw it, most of us saw it as it was happening,” Garland said. “It was a violent attack on a fundamental tenant of American democracy. That power is transferred peacefully from one administration to another. Over a hundred officers were assaulted that day. Five officers were killed. We accused more than a thousand people for their crimes that day. And more than 500 have already been convicted. I think it’s very clear what happened on January 6.”

Attorney General Garland fundamentally misrepresented the January 6 incident in his deposition. No police officers were killed in the January 6 attacks by protesters.

US Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died a day after the attack, but his death was later determined to be of natural causes: two blows to the base of the brain stem caused by a blood clot of artery

In the aftermath of the Capitol riots, four Capitol Police officers and the Washington Metropolitan Police Department committed suicide. The Capitol Police officers union said about 140 officers were injured during the protests.

In March 2022, President Joe Biden knowingly and intentionally spread myths about the January 6 riots.

“Again, we’re not perfect, we’re not even close, but we’re never gone,” he said. “And Vladimir Putin counted on being able to divide the United States.”

“Look, how would you feel if you saw a mob storm and tear down the doors of the British Parliament, kill five policemen, injure 145, or the German Bundestag or the Italian Parliament?” added. “I think you’re going to wonder. Well, that’s what the rest of the world saw. We’re not who we are. And now, we’re proving, under pressure, that we’re not that country. We’re united.”

These misleading statements made by top Biden officials and U.S. attorneys have the potential to taint jury pools in the Jan. 6 cases, particularly in the D.C. Circuit.

Attorney Joseph D. McBride wants to put an end to that. He is now filing a motion to stop the United States government from defrauding the American people and thereby doing injustice to the J6 prisoners.

We just filed a motion in the US against RYAN TAYLOR NICHOLS to prevent the government from advancing the false narrative that police were killed by protesters at J6.

“We just filed a motion in the US against RYAN TAYLOR NICHOLS to prevent the government from advancing the false narrative that police were killed by protesters at J6,” McBride wrote on Twitter.

McBride attached a copy of the motion, which said his law firm representing Ryan Taylor Nichols was seeking an order barring the prosecution from “arguing, mentioning or presenting allegations of government witnesses at trial, which are unduly prejudicial about the death of police officers unfairly attributed to demonstrations that took place on January 6, 2021.”

Nichols is allegedly involved in the fire extinguisher incident involving the late Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick.

“At one point, a person hands Nichols a bottle that looks like a fire extinguisher,” the Longview News-Journal reported on the incident. “Nichols admits he aimed it at officers spraying people with a substance and spraying them again.”

“The spray appears to have no effect on anyone,” the document states, referring to video of the scene. “Ryan has no idea what was in the bottle.”

“Nichols writes that if the bottle contained a chemical substance that qualifies as a dangerous weapon, Nichols did not carry the bottle and ‘did not possess it,'” the report added.

The motion notes that the prosecution intends to call witnesses to insinuate that the fire extinguisher incident may have played a role in Agent Sicknick’s death. The motion would bar the prosecution from even hinting that the fire extinguisher incident led to Sicknick’s death a day later.

“Defendant Nichols advises the prosecution that he will call DC Chief Medical Examiner Francisco Diaz as a witness, and as a designated expert witness, at trial if the prosecution raises, mentions, or insinuates this persistent lie at trial .”

“Such a motion would be unnecessary under normal circumstances where we would assume the care and truthfulness of prosecutors,” the statement added, before referring to Attorney General Garland’s misleading statements.

Tucker Carlson, on his prime-time talk show, refuted Garland’s misleading claims.

.@TuckerCarlson calls Merrick Garland a liar after claiming five officers were killed on Jan. 6

“Joe Biden’s Attorney General, Merrick Garland, is a liar. He simply lied about something that is demonstrably false.”

“Joe Biden’s attorney general, Merrick Garland, is a liar,” Carlson said. “He lied about something that is demonstrably false.”

“On that day of January 6, no policeman died,” he continued. “None. Not one.”

Tucker Carlson even got to aerial footage showing Sicknick walking around wearing a helmet in the Capitol rotunda after the fire extinguisher incident.

The US government is deliberately lying to perpetuate the injustice against the January 6th political prisoners. This has become the most egregious ongoing farce in the history of the American justice system.
