Diversity Hire Disasters – New cartoon by Ben Garrison – The Donald – America First

I am a flight instructor, commercial pilot and preparing to go to the airlines. I have directly observed the quality of drivers being added to the roster, due to the diversity quotas (I have not signed them off). There will be a crash that will kill over 500 people and cripple the airline industry. These people can’t speak English, can’t communicate with ATC, can’t do basic math, and can barely make a coherent pattern, in a 180 hp airplane.

There’s a massive wave of retirements coming, and these walking disasters will fill their spots. Don’t be fooled; all airlines, from regional to legacy, use these hiring practices. On another note, the airlines are so dominated by unions that it will be impossible to eliminate them until they kill someone.
