There is no “potential” when the evidence indicates that SARS-CoV-2, which, according to the attached US patents and for which federal law prohibits patenting anything that occurs naturally, was bioengineered in WIV.
There is no “potential” when a whistleblower and former doctor at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Li-Meng Yan, indicates that his laboratory developed SARS-CoV-2 as a biological weapon while working there.
“Potential” is a key word for an output.
Another problematic aspect here is the timing of ODNI’s crime in relation to the 2024 election, compounded by the fact that, to some extent, much of the information cited in this report has been available in the public domain for several years.
Of course, however, we have no idea of ​​the contents of the classified attachment.
The executive summary of the ODNI report states [emphasis added]:
(U) This report responds to the COVID-19 Origins Act of 2023, which called for the US Intelligence Community (IC) to declassify information related to possible links between the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic.
