Early Thursday morning, employees at Peach's Restaurant in Bradenton, Fla., got a wild surprise. As they prepared to open for the day, they encountered an unexpected visitor: an alligator.
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office reported that the alligator was spotted waiting near the restaurant's entrance, apparently ready to start the day with breakfast. The sheriff's office posted on Instagram: “They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and this 🐊 was ready for it when employees found him patiently waiting for Peach's to open on SR 70 this morning at 6 a.m. Deputy Hartley kindly swept him away to a more comfortable wooded area!”

Fortunately, Deputy Hartley arrived on the scene and used a broom to guide the reptile back to a nearby wooded area, ensuring the safety of both the employees and the alligator.
Local authorities are reminding residents to be vigilant and to report any wildlife sightings that may pose a danger to public safety.
