Dave Rubin surprised by the new process to move migrants to the airport

-

An advisory from the Transportation Security Administration appeared to show that migrants don't have to worry about providing photo identification to get through airport security.

The warning was seen in a photo taken from Miami International Airport and shared by political commentator Dave Rubin, who denounced the “absolute insanity” in a post on Thursday.

“This is the state of absolute insanity going on at our airports. I'm in the Pre-TSA line where migrants don't have to have ID to go through security and it's their choice if they want to get one photo,” he wrote to X.

“There is a plan to destroy America,” Rubin added, prompting a response from Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, who said he would “look into it.”

“US airport non-US citizen document validation using CBP One technology,” the sign in the photo reads, referring to the mobile app promoted as “the primary vehicle for asylum seekers at the U.S.-Mexico border to schedule appointments for entry through a U.S. port of entry.”

“TSA has partnered with CBP to test the use of CBP One at certain TSA checkpoints to validate the travel documentation of adults who are not US citizens when the traveler does not have a form of identification acceptable,” the poster continued.

Explaining “How It Works”, the sign states:

1. Notify the TSA officer that you are an immigrant.

2. The TSA officer will take a photo (optional).

3. If requested, provide your Alien Identification Number or biographical information.

4. Follow the officer's instructions.

“Photo capture is voluntary. You can refuse to have your photo taken. If you don't want your photo taken, let a TSA officer know. You must still provide your Alien Identification Number or biographical information to the TSA officer, even if you do not have your photo taken,” the sign reads.

“CBP One only verifies information that you have previously provided to CBP and will not store your information. Because your information is verified through CBP One, TSA will also not store your information as part of this process,” it states.

Rubin's post sparked heated responses on X with users questioning why traveling US citizens are subject to more security than those who entered the country illegally.
