In November 2022, The Gateway Pundit reported that a polling place in Dallas County began randomly adding voters to ES&S ExpressPoll ballots. As the polls were getting ready to close for the Nov. 8, 2022 election, Dallas County election workers noticed their electronic ballots were adding hundreds of registered voters at once. This happened sporadically for about 15 minutes, with all devices being set to inflated numbers.

The Gateway Pundit obtained exclusive video showing it happened again in Dallas County. In the Nov. 7 election, as polls were getting ready to close, poll workers noticed that their ES&S ExpressPoll electronic notebooks were behaving much the same way they did in 2022: hundreds of votes were added within 15-20 minutes when they started. prepare to close the polls.

The poll book in the video should have had 182 voters, but the machine started randomly adding more and more voters until it finally showed “1,377 registered voters,” or 1,195 more voters than it should have to have shown
