Border Patrol agents arrested a Mexican man enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program on human trafficking charges, according to a Wednesday social media post.
The DACA recipient, who was not identified in the publication the X by the chief agent of the Sector El Centro of the Border Patrol, was deported after the arrest. Approximately 830,000 people are enrolled in DACA, seconds to the American Immigration Council.

The El Centro sector covers 70 miles of the US-Mexico border in Southern California's Imperial Valley, according to Customs and Border Protection. web site.
