International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Thomas Bach revealed on Friday that he no longer believes in biological science.
At a press conference, she was asked about the controversy surrounding Algerian boxer Imane Khelif and Taiwanese boxer Lin Yu Ting, two biological men who have been competing as women.
For its part, the International Boxing Association (IBA) has already disqualified both fighters because DNA tests showed they both have XY chromosomes, but the IOC has refused to follow suit.
Asked about this discrepancy on Friday, Bach essentially revealed that he doesn't believe in basic (biological) chromosomal science.
“This is not an issue of inclusion…it's an issue of justice,” she said when asked if so-called “inclusion” is being prioritized over women's equity and safety.
“It is not as easy as some may, in this culture war, now want to portray it, that the XX or the XY is the clear distinction between men and women,” he continued. “This is no longer scientifically true and therefore these two are women and have the right to participate in the women's competition.”

Good question from @oliverbrown_tel @Telegraph about inclusion at the expense of women's safety.
“These two are women and have the right to participate in the women's competition. This has nothing to do with inclusion”, says Thomas Bach

During the same impressive press conference, Bach also acted as if there wasn't already an easy way to determine a person's biological sex.
“We've said from the beginning, if someone presents us with a scientifically sound system of how to identify men and women, we're the first to do it,” he said. “We don't like that uncertainty.”
“We don't like it because of anybody's general situation, so we'd be more than happy to look into it. But what's not possible is for somebody to say, you know, that's not a woman just looking at somebody or falling for a smear campaign by a non-credible organization,” he added.

Still surprised that IPC president Thomas Bach said there is no scientific way to tell who is a man and who is a woman.

To be fair to Bach, his demented, anti-science views align perfectly with the IOC's “portrait guidelines”.
“A person's gender category is not assigned solely based on genetics, and aspects of a person's biology can be altered when they seek gender-affirming medical care,” the guidelines say.
Notice the leftist use of the term “gender-affirming medical care,” which is the leftist way of talking about transgender surgery.
All this comes about a week after the IBA released a statement doubling down on its test results from last year.
“It should be noted that the athletes did not undergo a testosterone test, but were subjected to a separate and recognized test, the details of which remain confidential,” the organization said.
“This test conclusively indicated that both athletes did not meet the necessary eligibility criteria and were found to have competitive advantages over other female competitors,” they added.
All of this also comes days after Khelif punched a biological woman, Angela Carini, during an Olympic boxing match:

In fact, Khelif hit Carini so hard that he voluntarily withdrew from the boxing match just seconds into the fight. After leaving the fight, Carini broke down in tears as she explained what had just happened.
“I'm heartbroken,” she said. “I went to the ring to honor my father. I have been told many times that he was a warrior but I preferred to stop for my health. I have never felt a punch like this.”
“I got in the ring to fight. I didn't give up, but one punch hurt me and so I said enough. I leave with my head held high”, he added. “After the second punch, after years of “experience, I felt a strong pain in the nose. I said enough because I didn't want to, I couldn't finish the fight after the punch in the nose. So it was better to end it.”
“I'm in pieces because I'm a fighter. They taught me to be a warrior. I have always tried to conduct myself with honor. I have always represented my country with loyalty. This time I didn't make it because I couldn't fight anymore. Regardless of the person in front of me, I didn't care, regardless of the whole line, I just wanted to win. I wanted to face the person in front of me and fight,” he added.
