The House Judiciary Committee released an incriminating report showing that the Biden administration has allowed at least 99 illegal aliens on the terrorist watch list to be released into American communities.
The interim report by the committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement was released Monday and showed how “of the more than 250 illegal aliens on the terrorist watch list found by the Border Patrol on the southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released nearly 100 of them. seconds to a press release.

“In three and a half years, the Biden-Harris Administration has released more than 5.4 million illegal aliens in the United States1, with at least 1.9 million known 'fugitives' having escaped the country,” report summarized “Among these more than 7.3 million illegal aliens are 375 illegal aliens on the US government's terrorist watch list who have been detained by the Border Patrol under the watch of President Biden and Vice President Harris “.
This, according to the report, represents a “more than 3,000 percent increase in observed alien encounters compared to the four years of the Trump administration.”
The report found that an alarming number of foreign nationals found at the border came from countries with potential national security risks, including 2,134 Afghans, 33,347 Chinese and 541 Iranians. 520 Syrians and 3,104 Uzbeks.

“Of the eight Tajik nationals with possible ties to ISIS that ICE arrested in June 2024, three were released into the country after using the Biden-Harris Administration's CBP One phone application to schedule an appointment at a port of entry, four were initially found on Border Patrol while crossing the border and one arrived at a port of entry without scheduling an appointment with the CBP One application,” the report states.
A former senior ICE official told the Committee that Biden's open border policies make it more difficult for ICE to arrest national security threats in the US. Additionally, “loopholes” in DHS and the nation's immigration courts have exposed security lapses where terrorists have sometimes been granted asylum or bail.
“Immigration judges granted bail to at least 27 foreign nationals on the terrorist watch list who were found between ports of entry on the Southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023,” found the report “In addition, immigration judges granted asylum to at least four aliens on the watch list, with at least two more known or suspected terrorists having their cases terminated by an immigration judge.”

“While American communities are already feeling the disastrous effects of the Biden-Harris Administration's immigration policies, the worst may be yet to come,” the report concluded.
“With national security experts and immigration officials increasingly concerned about the threat of terrorism originating at the border, it is clear that policymakers must take all necessary steps to secure the border and stop the flow of illegal aliens,” he continued. “However, the Biden-Harris administration has refused to address the national security nightmare created by its radical, open-border agenda. The Biden-Harris administration continues to prioritize illegal aliens, including hundreds of from the terrorist watch list and many more countries that sympathize with terrorism, above the safety and security of the American people.”
