Breakfast Club co-host Charlamagne tha God is shocked by the anger he's hearing from working-class voters about illegal immigration and bluntly tells Democrats it could hurt them in the 2024 election.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, he was asked about immigration and the upcoming presidential election. He explained that listeners on his show are constantly screaming and breaking down about being inundated by illegal immigrants. It's an issue that erupted this year among voters.
“I have the privilege of doing morning radio and talking to working class people every day,” Charlamagne tha God said. “I'm privileged to be involved in my community, from New York to New Jersey to South Carolina, where I can look people in the eye and have real conversations with them. And, you know, people are very concerned about This topic”.
“Like, honestly, I've never talked to as many people as concerned about the migrant issue as I have, you know, in the last year. And, I mean, I've heard all about, you know, the MS13 gang that's overrun the neighborhoods. .. what we saw just happened in New York City, where the migrants: they took 2,000 migrants and put them in school and made them stay in school. house: made the students stay home and do school via Zoom. And that was a big problem,” he noted.

“Like, I mean, people were calling the radio station, that was this week, you know, really, really, complaining about it. So I've never seen working-class people that I interact with every day until last year he really expressed his frustration with migrants,” the media mogul said.
Charlamagne Tha God first criticized New York City Mayor Eric Adams for welcoming illegal immigrants into his sanctuary city. He laughed that Adams now said, “Hey, hold on. This is too much.”
“We've heard Vice President Kamala Harris say, 'Hey, don't come.' As we've seen. So yeah, I think it's going to be a real, real, real, real, really big problem,” he stated.
The radio show host is very doubtful that Congress will solve the growing crisis. He blamed the filibuster rule in the Senate for preventing the legislation from moving forward and passing.
Codifying any acceptable level of illegal immigration is absurd and will be dead on arrival @SenateGOP

Asked if President Biden should take the blame for the border catastrophe, he said, “Of course.”
“He's the president of the United States of America! If he can be credited for the good things that happen in this country, he should also be credited for the bad because those things happen on his watch,” Charlamagne Tha God said.
“And I'm telling you, people will go to those bites … where they saw President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris and Mayor Eric Adams and all these other, you know, liberals and Democrats, go to those bitten by them by welcoming them to sanctuary cities,” he warned.
The Biden administration continues to force taxpayers to pick up the tab for its illegal immigration invasion.
It's not just health care, schools and food stamps for illegals.
Now, the Democrats even want you to pay their legal fees.

He then ripped the “gimmack” pushed by Republican governors Greg Abbott of Texas and Ron DeSantis of Florida by transporting illegal immigrants to sanctuary cities, calling it “cruel” and “inhumane” but “effective.” He didn't mention how “cruel” and “inhumane” it is to flood border states with millions of illegal aliens.
“Clearly, it was effective because it made a lot of these Democrats start singing a different tune. And, I mean, the voters see that. The voters see that,” he admitted.
“So how does this look to the voter? Just on the surface, just on the surface, it looks like the Republicans were right on the issue and the Democrats got it wrong. And now a lot of Democrats are starting to sound like Republicans. So it's for a lot of people to say, 'Well, damn, the Republicans were right about this.' Just on the surface, just on the surface, that's what it looks like, you know, to the average voter,” Charlamagne Tha God concluded.
