In the video, guards confront Kemp-Neal, who graduated from Fordham Law in 2021, asking if he is Marcus.

Upon being recognized, Kemp-Neal quickly flees the scene. Despite the relentless pursuit of the group members and their alarming announcement of their intentions, the chase ended abruptly when a bystander intervened and subdued Kemp-Neal using a choke hold.

Kemp-Neal, whose responsibilities in the Bronx DA's office primarily included cases involving assault, harassment and child endangerment, was paid an annual salary of $84,990 as an assistant district attorney.

After the chaotic confrontation, Mount Vernon police arrived on the scene to investigate the matter, leading to intense questioning of all parties involved.

While no arrests were made during the incident, law enforcement acknowledged receiving multiple reports of misconduct and announced a thorough investigation.

Despite the disturbing nature of the video and the ensuing uproar, Kemp-Neal has not been formally charged with any crime.

In response to the controversy, a statement from DA Darcel Clark's office confirmed Kemp-Neal's resignation from her role as ADA, citing her employment period from June 28, 2020 to July 17, 2024 .
