White House National Security Communications Adviser John Kirby announced that Joe Biden will hold a press conference later this week. The event is known as a “big boys press conference”.

Kirby wasn't the only one to use the “Big Boy” press conference terminology. Karine Jean Pierre also uses the same phrase. I will see:

The announcement has drawn mixed reactions on social media, with some users criticizing the terminology used and questioning the president's ability to effectively manage such a press conference.

John Kirby just said that Biden will hold a “big boy press conference” between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. at a time to be determined this week when Biden is shown to be more awake and functioning, barring any cold, jet- lake or not pre-written questions for review/approval.
