He’s also been trying to reestablish diplomatic ties with North Korea, which is a country that has been a major provocateur in the region and has a long history of human rights abuses.

It’s clear that Biden is determined to undo the progress made by the Trump administration, which had a much more aggressive stance on foreign policy.
