The Office of the Director of National Intelligence released a declassified report concluding that China did NOT interfere in the 2020 presidential election, but that Russia and Iran did.
The ODNI released the 15-page “Foreign Threats to the 2020 U.S. Federal Elections” Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) on Tuesday addressing efforts by foreign actors to influence or interfere with the 2020 election, but noted that it did not measure the impact of such actions.
The report outlines five main key conclusions in its assessment, claiming that no interference took place – especially by China – but that Russia and Iran did launch unsuccessful “influence operations.”
“We have no indications that any foreign actor attempted to alter any technical aspect of the voting process in the 2020 elections, including voter registration, casting ballots, vote tabulation, or reporting results,” the report began.
The report then blames Russia and Iran for trying to influence the election aimed at “denigrating Biden’s candidacy” and “undermining public confidence in the electoral process.”
The report then exonerates China, claiming the communist nation “did not deploy interference efforts and considered by did not deploy influence efforts intended to change the outcome of the US Presidential election.”
Notably, the report did admit that the National Intelligence Officer for Cyber reached a different conclusion, claiming that “China did take some steps to try to undermine former President Trump’s reelection.”
The report contradicts the ODNI’s initial assessment in December under John Ratcliffe, who concluded that China interfered in the 2020 presidential election.
“Based on all available sources of intelligence, with definitions consistently applied, and reached independent of political considerations or undue pressure—that the People’s Republic of China sought to influence the 2020 U.S. federal elections,” Ratcliffe wrote.
Lawyer Sidney Powell claimed in December that she had witness testimony and video evidence that mail-in ballots were being shipped in from China and Mexico, however, every court she filed with refused to take up her case.
“We heard a video of somebody ordering ballots from China. We have evidence of a significant planeload of ballots coming in, and we have a witness that has said that they continue to come in because they intend to run counterfeit ballots in any runoffs or if they need them in recounts, too. So it hasn’t stopped,” said Powell, adding she even has videos of ballots being transported across the U.S.-Mexico border.
Additionally, video surfaced weeks after Election Day of a phone call with a man requesting from a Chinese manufacturer a bulk order of 5 million fake ballots to be shipped to the U.S.
And curiously, a Chinese shipping receipt was found in Georgia among hundreds of thousands of shredded ballots, according to former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne.
This ODNI appears to be nothing more than a duplicitous measure meant to whitewash China’s involvement in the 2020 election fraud.
QR code inventor Jovan Pulitzer also claimed in January that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has “leveraged financial, nongovernmental, and foreign allies including Venezuela to acquire INFLUENCE and CONTROL US Voting Infrastructure in at least 28 states.”
