“We'll have something clear about 2020 and 2024 not only were they wrong, but I said they were wrong before. I said we're going to win and how we're going to win. I didn't fake it. It wasn't like, oh my God. I was shocked. I didn't I was surprised. I knew what we were doing,” Biden said.
BIDEN: “I'm very frustrated with the elites, I'm not talking about you, I'm talking about the elites of the party, who know a lot more. If any of these guys think they shouldn't run, run against me. Advertise yourself as President, challenge me to the convention.” pic.twitter.com/yXPp1pWxHS

Joe Biden also highlighted his proactive stance ahead of the 2022 midterms, saying: “I was one of the few people who said publicly: Before the 2022 election, there will be no red tide. There will be no red tide , because I've been all over the country. I couldn't believe it at all.”
Biden mentioned his participation in key races in 2023, where he confidently predicted victories. “In 2023, in the key election, I went to these races, not all, but many, I said we would win. Look, we beat them,” he noted.
Biden reiterated his commitment to rebuilding the economy for working and middle-class Americans, noting, “I'm here for two reasons. PAL one, to rebuild the economy for working and middle-class people. Give everybody a chance. Just a fair shot.”
Addressing critics of the Democratic Party, Biden expressed frustration over doubts about his support, particularly among black voters. “Remember all this talk about how I don't have black support. Come on. Give me a break. Come with me. Look, look. I'm very frustrated, but by the elites now, I'm not talking about you, I'm talking about the party elites who know a lot more. But none of these guys think they should run. Go ahead, announce yourself, challenge me at the convention.”
