To get the Democratic ticket, the actor Ben Stiller called the only identity that he and “Every White Jewish wishes” were.
When she wasn't expressing enthusiasm for gun ownership and her children having the opportunity to kill their unborn grandchildren, the “Zoolander” star favored Vice President Kamala Harris focused on the idea of who was more than in politics. But it was how his turn at Monday's “Comics for Kamala” call ended that really raised eyebrows as Stiller expressed, “I wish I was black.”
Treated like a virtual open mic, the likes of Ed Helms, Jason Bateman, Whoopi Goldberg, Nick Offerman, Rosie O'Donnell, Cecily Strong and DL Hughley joined host Paul Mercurio for the latest celebrity-focused effort to convince Americans struggling under the administration's economic policies to return their cash to double.
For Stiller, that included a considerable amount of identity politics where he said, “And she's also a historic candidate. She's going to be the first woman president, and that's incredibly exciting. And, you know, she's Indian, she's black, it's all. You can be more than one thing. You know, I'm Jewish and I wish I was black.”
NEW: Actor Ben Stiller says 'I wish I was black' as he asks people to vote for Kamala Harris during 'Comics For Kamala' fundraiser.
Stiller praised Harris for being Indian, black and “everything.”

Having pledged a $150,000 match for the Deadline event reported had been created by California Rep. Eric Swalwell (D), the “Tropic Thunder” actor placed the astroturf boost as he said, “You know, I'm very excited about the potential of winning this election, what's happened in the last few weeks, just the turnaround, and Vice President Harris can win this thing if we all come together and really tap into this incredible energy that's going on.”
“You know, I just want … a decent person in the White House, you know, someone who cares about democracy more than themselves, who doesn't lie, who doesn't incite anger and rage, someone who care about people,” he said. still “And that's what Kamala Harris is. She's like a human being. She acts like a human being, she has empathy, she has humor, and it's beautiful when she laughs because she's a real person who reacts to things. And I believe in all the that she is defending.
Abortion and the erosion of the Second Amendment aside, the actor's game looked a lot like Harris' campaign website, devoid of any real policy positions as he tried to sell it to voters.
That didn't stop social media users from filling in the blanks for the “shallow” celebrities, while shaming Stiller, in particular, for his line about race that suggested, “He's mad that he didn't get the role of Robert Downey Jr. in Tropic Thunder”.

Historical? Why for his identity? That's all these far-left Hollywood liberals care about.
They are really shallow.

I like Ben Stiller's work, but he's more interested in adherence and virtue signaling than voting for people who have policies that help women and minorities.
These wealthy elites are far removed from the consequences of their political choices.

“I wish I was black.” Right now or two hundred years ago too?

It seems crazy to me that people watch the world descend into major conflicts and the US economy sink into recession and still think, “Yeah, I'm voting for four more years of this.
