Beat a carjacker attacking a co-worker [VIDEO]

An Amazon delivery driver in New York City became the unexpected star of a viral video when he took down a suspected carjacker who assaulted his colleague and tried to steal her van .

The confrontation erupted when Kevon Wilson, 29, launched a surprise attack on a 23-year-old Amazon driver near a company warehouse in Jamaica, Queens. According to law enforcement, Wilson repeatedly struck the employee, forced her out of the van and then made a bold attempt to drive off with the vehicle.

The victim managed to get the keys in the ignition and had his co-worker help him out and give the would-be van thief a well-deserved beating. A video of the incident captures the brave Amazon workers trying to defend the attacker until the driver intervened to separate the men.

The suspect did not back down easily and tried to take off again in the Amazon van, prompting another struggle with the two workers. Despite suffering facial pain from the assault, the employee declined medical attention.

Later, the police arrested the alleged carjacker, accusing him of theft and assault. This wasn't Wilson's first brush with the law, as sources revealed his prior arrest history and an open bench warrant for a traffic violation.
