Chip Roy On Voting Against FISA Rule In Order To Protect Americans’ Fourth Amendment Rights

Congressman Roy highlights the core issue surrounding reauthorizing the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) for the War Room. He emphasizes the urgent need for significant reforms to the FISA regime, particularly including a warrant requirement for Americans.

Roy criticizes the prolonged debate over FISA reauthorization, attributing it to the influence of certain factions within the intelligence community. He stresses the importance of balancing national security concerns with protecting the constitutional rights of American citizens.

Despite facing challenges in advancing reforms, Roy underscores the critical role of the warrant requirement in safeguarding privacy and ensuring accountability. He urges constituents to actively engage with their representatives and advocate for including the warrant requirement in the FISA reauthorization bill, framing it as a choice between upholding the Constitution or succumbing to fear-driven governance.

Roy’s stance reflects a commitment to protecting civil liberties while maintaining what he believes to be effective national security measures.

Rep. MTG Explains How The Deep State’s Working Against The Campaign To Kill FISA

Marjorie Taylor Greene discusses her stance on FISA reauthorization and the tactics used by the intelligence community to pressure lawmakers. She condemns FISA as a tool of the “deep state,” arguing that it violates Americans’ Fourth Amendment rights. Greene criticizes the push to reauthorize FISA, emphasizing that a two-year extension does not address the program’s fundamental issues.

She asserts that Republicans should resist Biden’s agenda and focus on protecting civil liberties. Greene also highlights her efforts to address national security concerns, particularly regarding the southern border, and criticizes the lack of attention given to this issue in classified briefings.

Despite facing criticism from progressive Democrats and media outlets, Greene maintains that she represents mainstream American values and is committed to taking action to defend them, and she talked about her feelings and beliefs about the need for a strong America.

Ben Bergquam and Lt. La Joya participated in the conversation about the southern border, focusing on the challenges faced by law enforcement in South Texas.

LaJoya describes how his small police department in La Jolla, Texas, is under siege from the brazen activities of the cartels, including surveillance drones monitoring their operations. He highlights the concerns about armed drones and the potential threats they pose to law enforcement officers.

Furthermore, he recounts an incident where Ukrainian soldiers paid smugglers to bring them into the United States, seeking refuge from conflict.

Despite the difficult circumstances, LaJoya emphasizes the determination of law enforcement and the law-abiding citizens in his community to uphold the rule of law and protect their way of life. He acknowledges the challenges they face but underscores their commitment to doing what is right.

Giuliani makes some jokes about misspelling his last name and invites viewers to follow him on social media for more information. He also mentions his upcoming appearance on Monday. He also discussed law enforcement’s challenges in dealing with illegal immigration, citing examples from South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley.

“I drew for Rush Limbaugh for 20 years, his monthly Limbaugh Letter covers and illustrated his Rush Revere books as well. After he died, I was gutted tbh and decided to return to drawing basics. I have evolved into an old-school pencil portrait artist, and I have 2 books are in the works now, and I feel in a pretty good groove again ,” Hiers said , adding this about the Bannon piece specifically:

“This particular work [Bannon as John Paul Jones] was rooted in a show of support for the “Honey Badger” SKB after he was leaving the courtroom last Sept and he quoted John Paul Jones. “I have not yet…” I thought it would make an interesting piece.”

Now it’s your turn Posse.. go do some action and be a part of your own nation’s history.
