Welcome, my fellow patriots, to another episode of the Tucker Carlson show. Tonight, we’re discussing the political landscape in the sunshine state, where Republican Governor Ron DeSantis seems to be losing ground, and former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie sees an opening.
Let’s be clear here, Christie is no political light-weight. He’s been around for a while, and he knows how to play dirty. With DeSantis facing criticism over his handling of Florida’s COVID-19 outbreak, Christie recently called for him to “stiffen his spine” and take charge.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of DeSantis. He’s been one of the few sane politicians out there in the last year, standing up against the insane lockdowns and mask mandates. But let’s face facts, the recent surge in cases has hurt his popularity, and Christie is looking to pounce.
But let’s not forget the elephant in the room here, Donald J. Trump. While DeSantis and Christie look to take control of the Florida Republican party, let’s take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments of the Trump administration.
In just four years, we saw record low unemployment, a roaring economy, a historic peace deal in the Middle East, and great progress in securing our southern border. Trump was a man of action, a leader who wasn’t afraid to take on the establishment and do what he felt was best for America. Let’s not forget that. Let’s not take his accomplishments for granted.
So, while Christie may see an opening in Florida, let’s not lose sight of the bigger picture. The Trump era may be over, but his legacy lives on. And as patriots, it’s our duty to continue fighting for the ideals he stood for. Freedom, liberty, and American greatness.
