A parolee with an extensive criminal record has been arrested and charged following the discovery of a young woman's lifeless body in New York City.
The victim, Yazmeen Williams, 31, was found fatally shot, wrapped in a sleeping bag and cruelly discarded next to a pile of trash on East 27th St. in manhattan

The suspect in question, Chad Irish, 55, already on probation for a previous robbery in the Bronx, has been charged with concealing a human corpse, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. Despite his extensive rap sheet, Irish has yet to face manslaughter charges in connection with Williams' death. Reports indicate that Irish has 21 previous offenses to his name, underscoring the troubling nature of his criminal record.
The community was shocked when it was learned that Irish had been brought in for questioning about Williams' murder. Dozens of enraged locals faced probation, reflecting the intensity of emotions surrounding this incident.
