In the world of unfair legal proceedings, we’ve never seen anything like what has been happening to Donald Trump. Yesterday, an Appeals Court denied Trump’s request to pause the fraud trial, but also ruled that his businesses could not be dissolved at this time.
The fraud trial Judge Engoron issued an order to place all of Donald Trump’s businesses in dissolution… before the end of the trial. Not only was that order a violation of due process rights, but it reveals the hateful attitude of a left-wing judge whose political motivations are obvious.
Overealous judge or get Trump at all costs?
“Judge Engoron’s order erroneously sought to adjudicate the rights of non-party business entities that employ nearly 1,000 hard-working New Yorkers, have never been accused of any wrongdoing and, were never given their day in court – in clear violation of their fundamental Constitutional rights and Due Process. We will continue to vigorously defend our company and our incredible employees from this politically-motivated persecution…
President Trump’s business certificates have already been canceled, and the judge’s Oct. 5 order requires him to notify the court before applying for a new one, even outside New York. His sons Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., executive vice presidents in the Trump Organization, face similar penalties.
The buildings they stand to lose include Trump Tower, 40 Wall Street, the Seven Springs family estate upstate, and private residences belonging to Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr.” The Epoch Times
The claims made by the prosecution are so political as to be downright foolish. There are no victims in this case: all banks received their investments back with interest, so the claim of fraud is completely irrelevant. Destroying Donald Trump was the sole goal of Letitia James – and it is hoped that she ultimately receives a good dose of karma for her vendetta.
