Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was hit with a class-action lawsuit accusing her of inciting anti-Israel protests and encampments at Columbia University earlier this year.
That's according to Fox News, and the good news for the self-democrat socialist is that he'll have company. Fellow radicals Jamal Bowman (D) of New York and Ilhan Omar (D) of Minnesota were also named in the legal action brought by five anonymous students, including two Jewish students. The network reported that several anti-Israel organizing groups were also named in the lawsuit.
“The Gaza camp was extreme and outrageous conduct. It was illegal. It violated university rules. Its occupants harassed, followed, physically blocked, intimidated and harassed Jewish students,” the lawsuit reads .
5 anonymous students filed legal action against at least a dozen groups, including Within Our Lifetime, AOC, Bowman, Omar, whose daughter Isra Hirsi attends Barnard University and was arrested at the Columbia camp.
Well done to these students. I hope many more lawsuits will be filed pic.twitter.com/jKRq6Ru1nK

The lawsuit notes that the three lawmakers entered the campus in April “and engaged in camping” when access to the campus was supposed to be limited to those with student IDs, the Post reported.
Protests spread across America's campuses, and Jewish students were prevented from attending class in some circumstances; in many cases, faculty joined the anti-Semitic protests.
One of the Jewish students, identified only as “Tim Doe,” spoke to the New York Post about his experience.
“During the protests, I witnessed numerous offensive and anti-Semitic signs and messages, including anti-Semitic Star of David skunk posters,” he told The Post.
“In one case, I was walking with my non-Jewish friends when I was singled out for wearing my yarmulke. A pro-Palestinian protest leader approached our group and confronted me. He singled me out, yelling that I had to move, and when I refused, he started to pull me out of the way,” he added.
Citing security concerns, Columbia was forced to resort to online classes and limited access to campus buildings while students prepared for final exams. The university, like other schools, canceled graduation ceremonies because of the unrest.
“These were real harms suffered by the 36,000 Columbia students who chose to obey the rules of the university, go to class and pursue their education, only to be frustrated at the finish line by the … actions of their peers and teachers, with the 'assistance and encouragement from outside activists,' the lawsuit says.
Here's a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen in X:
