Vice President Kamala Harris is a “soul-destroying” “bully,” according to a number of her former staffers.
While some say this has been known for some time, it is important to revisit the past now that he is running for president.
Several Harris employees said they worked for her before she became vice president The Washington Post in 2021 she was very difficult to work with because of her stinky attitude.
They said, for example, that she often showed up to briefings without doing her homework first, then scolded her employees when she appeared unprepared.
“It's clear you're not working with someone who's willing to do the preparation and the work,” one former employee told the Post. “With Kamala you have to put up with a constant amount of soul destruction criticism and also their own lack of confidence. So you're constantly propping up a stalker and it's not really clear why.”

According to Charlie Spiering of the daily mail, then-Sen. Harris' nasty attitude was on full display during the 2018 confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
“On September 28 of that year, as Kavanaugh's nomination moved forward despite liberal outrage over allegations that he had sexually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford three decades earlier, Harris and his colleagues withdrew from the audiences,” reports Spiering.
“Later, Harris was said to have exploded in anger outside the main Judiciary Committee room. Witnesses recalled Harris cursing and ordering staffers not to even work for her. “Anyone who is staff, get the hell out of here!” he allegedly yelled,” according to Spiering.
A year later, an angry staffer quit then-vice presidential candidate Harris' campaign, then shared his surprising resignation letter with The New York Times.
“This is my third presidential campaign and I have never seen an organization treat its staff so poorly,” he wrote in the letter. “While I still believe Senator Harris is the strongest candidate to win the 2020 general election, I no longer have confidence in our campaign or his leadership. His treatment of our staff over the past two weeks to be the final straw for this difficult decision.”
“It is not acceptable to me that we encourage people to move from Washington, DC to Baltimore only to fire them without notice, without any plan for the campaign and without careful consideration of the personal consequences for them or the consequences their absence would have on the rest of the staff. It's unacceptable that we're going to fire anyone we hired just a few weeks ago. It's unacceptable that with less than 90 days to go, we still don't have a real plan to win our For the People campaign is made up of diverse talent that is being wasted by indecision and lack of “leaders who lead”.“

Harris' poor leadership and bullying is reflected in his ridiculously high staff turnover rate.
“Analysis [has] found that high turnover over the past three and a half years meant that only five of the 47 people listed as employees in 2021 were still with it this spring,” according to a recent report by The Telegraph.
“It is in stark contrast to the extremely loyal and experienced brains they rely on [President Joe] Biden trusted, many of whom had worked with him for decades, which made them able to anticipate his thinking and reflect his tone in his campaign messages,” the report continued.
This could pose a challenge to Harris in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
But in reality it is even worse than it seems. A recent investigation by OpenTheBooks found that the Office of the Vice President now has a 91.5 percent staff turnover rate thanks to Harris.
Meanwhile, last year The Atlantic reported that “[i]In her first year and a half as vice president, Harris saw the departure of her chief of staff, communications director, domestic policy adviser, national security adviser and other aides.”
Insiders told The Telegraph that the departures were prompted by the discovery that working for Harris is “particularly difficult”.
It doesn't help that Harris often doesn't pull his weight.
“One example given was the high-profile Gridiron dinner in Washington, where politicians are roped in by comedians and offered light roasts in return,” notes The Telegraph. “White House aides reportedly asked Ms. Harris to attend on Mr. Biden's behalf in 2022, but she declined, leaving the task to Gina Raimondo, the U.S. Commerce Secretary.”
