Tens of thousands of people took to the streets at 5pm on Friday to protest the ongoing Israeli military operation in Gaza. This followed a Hamas attack in southern Israel on October 7 that killed around 1,200 people.
An Associated Press report says that since Israeli troops began their operations, more than 11,000 people have died in the area.
