With the election looming in the windshield, the legacy media is hard at work on electioneering, this may be the REAL election interference in America today.
A case in point, ABC News reporter Martha Raddatz was doing man in the street interviews in Wisconsin, or in this case a woman on the street, and the so-called reporter couldn't keep her big thumb off the scale.
“Like Pennsylvania and Michigan, Wisconsin is critical for Harris. Four years ago, Biden won Wisconsin by just under 21,000 votes, the closest margin of victory in the election,” Raddatz said. “Although our polls show black voter support has swung 12 points in favor of Harris … Melody Davy has not bought in. Trump's rhetoric has clearly had an effect on her in a surprising way “.
After asking Davy if he's decided who he's voting for, the woman replied: “Honestly? No. I'm leaning towards Trump.
Raddatz presses her on why that is, and Davey mentions that Harris is essentially stealing Trump's no-tax-on-tips proposal and brought up the controversy about the Democrat “lying about his heritage.”
For one black woman in Kenosha, “Trump's rhetoric has clearly had an effect on her in a surprising way.” When citing his reasons for supporting Trump, ABC's @MarthaRaddatz he corrected her, saying, “He couldn't be convinced otherwise.” #This Week pic.twitter.com/QJAMj780sJ

The latter claim led Raddatz to defend Harris, telling a black woman who said she doesn't think the presumptive Democratic nominee is black: “She's always identified as black.”
(The Vice President's mother is from India and his father is Jamaican.)
“Well, I think that's something we can definitely agree to disagree on and there was no convincing her otherwise,” Raddatz confessed, having failed to push Trump's wife away.
Social media users were shocked by Raddatz's determination to shape the woman's thought process and the condescension shown.
Here's a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen in X:
The media is campaigning for Harris.

I didn't know it was a job for journalists to dissuade voters…

Aren't white women supposed to stop trying to convince black women of anything and shut up and listen?
lol
Democrats hate intelligent black people who think for themselves. I think the only reason he included the interview is for motivation.

Why the hell is a “reporter” trying to “convince” a person to vote a certain way? I know, I know, crying @martharaddatz he is not a journalist, he is a political propagandist.

How condescending @MarthaRaddatz
Maybe you just said:
“Tragically, this woefully ignorant woman couldn't be convinced of how wrong she is, even after WE told her the right answer”— Burrito Queen (@Burrito_Queen7) August 18, 2024
It's not a journalist's job to convince people what to think.

Notice how leftist journalists think it is their duty to inform people what they should think.
