Gaines, who was forced to compete against a transgender athlete and share facilities with them, expressed concern about the situation.

He criticized Harris and the hosts of 'The View' for remaining silent on the issue, and urged viewers to consider the consequences of supporting Harris.

“Kamala's crickets, the women's crickets on 'The View.' And if I could implore you, a vote for Kamala is a vote against your daughter's future,” Gaines noted during his appearance on the show.

In a direct rebuttal to those who base their voting decisions on gender, Gaines proudly declared her support for former President Donald Trump. “I see a lot of people on social media saying they're going to vote for Kamala because she's a woman. Well, let me tell you, Jesse, I'm going to vote for Trump because I'm a woman.

The focus of controversy was on Imane Khelif, the Algerian boxer who, despite being marked for having male chromosomes in 2023, competed against women at the Paris Olympics. In a quick victory, Khelif defeated Italy's Angela Carini in less than a minute, leaving her opponent in tears.

Khelif previously faced a gender eligibility dispute during the 2023 International Boxing Association Women's World Championships, where she was disqualified.

Despite the controversy, the International Olympic Committee stood by its decision to allow Khelif to compete against women, reaffirming its position even after the match with Carini.
