A pool player was cheered by the crowd when she lost the final match against a biological man who claimed to be a woman.
After taking part in the process of determining who would go first, Lynne Pinches informed the desk official in Denbighshire, Wales, that she would not be running against transgender woman Chris “Harriet” Haynes.
The cowardly organization responded by awarding Haynes the winner of the 2023 Champion of Champions Ladies, posting a photo of Haynes holding the trophy on its website.
A pool player reportedly refused to compete against a trans-identifying male opponent in the Champions of Champions women’s final in Denbighshire, Wales yesterday.

The website also featured a photo of Pinches, who sported a big smile while holding the runner-up trophy.
Social media users seemed to agree that the only way to stop the “madness” of women being forced to compete against biological men is to do what Pinches did: refuse to take part.
Here’s a quick sample of some of the responses to the story, as seen on X:
Yes!! Finally a brave woman. DON’T COMPETE against men and they will stop this madness.

well
More female athletes need to take the same stance.
It is not fair. It is not inclusive.
Start refusing and watch the power go back to the players, not the policies.

I love hearing the crowd cheering for Lynne, the guy looks stupid holding his useless and undeserved trophy.

I applaud that, but what is the solution here? It was still rewarded and she was essentially forced out of her own sport. Will we have to do it all over again until the end of time?

Well done, Lynne. The beginning before the trophy is a much better prize anyway.

I wish all real women would. The message will never be sent if they continue to let the boys play. Lynne wins this one.

This took balls… in a metaphorical way. I applaud him for leaving. These guys need to stay away from anything women: sports, dresses, heels, toilets, etc.

Good for her leading the way. This is the only way forward where men can participate in women’s sports. All real women need to go out in droves and that would be the end of it.
