A man named ‘Kitty’ as a key witness in Dwight Howard’s assault lawsuit

Former NBA star Dwight Howard is being sued by a man named Stephen Harper, who claims Howard sexually assaulted him and forced him to have a threesome at his Georgia home.

Now, according to Howard’s lawyer, a transvestite man who goes by the name “Kitty” will be a key witness in the case.

The lawsuit claims that Howard and Harper met after Harper sent Howard her phone number via direct message on Instagram in May 2021.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.comHoward admits to texting Harper between May and July 2021.

Of those messages, “various” included “sexually explicit content, such as photographs and videos.”

Howard also admitted that Harper visited his home on July 19, 2021. During that visit, Howard admits, the two men “consensually kissed” for about 40 minutes.

Harper claims that at some point later Howard left the room, came back, and then introduced him to a man named “Kitty.”

She says Howard, 37, wanted her to have a threesome with Kitty, who then began performing oral sex on the basketball star.

Harper claims he told Dwight Howard he didn’t want to participate, but that Howard told him he would “do whatever” and that he would “like it.”

According to the lawsuit, Howard “grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on him. Mr. Harper was afraid of ‘imminent bodily harm when he was caught and forced to remain in place while the defendant continued to sexually assault him.’

Howard, in his defence, claims that the three men had agreed to “participate in consensual sexual activity”. She also claims that Harper “was aware” that Kitty would be present before she “even arrived” at Howard’s house.

RadarOnline.com also reports that Howard’s attorney, Justin Bailey, told the publication that “Kitty will be a witness for the prosecution.”

Kitty, who has not been formally named, was identified in court documents as “a friend [the] The accused makes threes from time to time.”

Howard is charged with sexual assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

He has asked the court to dismiss Stephen Harper’s entire lawsuit.
