A former employee turns the Taco restaurant into a Demolition Derby [VIDEO]

A former employee at Tacos Reyes in Los Angeles took takeout to a whole new level when she crashed her SUV into the beloved taco spot. The ragewhich unfolded around 7.30pm on Friday, left the restaurant in disarray. But here's the twist: the woman behind the wheel wasn't just some random vandal. According to the owner's family, he worked there.

Footage captured by onlookers shows the woman repeatedly crashing into the building, turning the interior into a demolition derby. LAPD officers on the scene watched in disbelief as she backed up and methodically advanced, smashing everything in sight. Antonia Reyes, daughter of the owner of the restaurant, was shocked, saying that the woman left in good condition four years ago. “His mother still works with us and we've always had love for the family,” Reyes said ABC 7, and adds that the situation is heartbreaking.

As if this story couldn't get any crazier, it turns out this isn't his first rodeo. Police revealed that the same woman was previously arrested for vandalizing one of the restaurant's catering trucks. I guess he really didn't get enough the first time.

Bailey Thompson, who worked next to a bar, was the first to hear the danger. “I was just backing up and hitting all the different walls,” Thompson said. Her quick thinking led her to warn her co-workers and customers to get out before the chaos escalated.

In a scene straight out of an action movie, nearby officers were flagged down, surrounded the woman and eventually subdued her with non-lethal rounds. There were no injuries, but the woman now faces vandalism charges.

As for Tacos Reyes, the restaurant will be closed until further notice while they pick up the pieces, literally.
