These days, celebrities and politics mix like oil and water. Americans have become so disenchanted with Hollywood's shallow, bland culture that even the most impressionable are beginning to roll their eyes at out-of-touch celebrities who try to tell them how to live their lives . But there's one celebrity who still maintains a strong hold over her fans: Taylor Swift, arguably one of the most overrated singers around. Her fan base, known as “Swifties”, tends to follow her every move and word like gospel. It is a cheesy song far from being cult.

Taylor, who once claimed to stay out of politics, has now fully embraced the progressive agenda. She is out there endorsing and supporting leftist candidates who offer nothing of substance to the working class of this country. As an elite, it is not surprising that he supports the party of the rich and encourages his followers to do the same. Who can forget when he put his name behind Joe Biden in 2020? Taylor just can't seem to pick the “right man” yet.

However, we are starting to see a small crack in this wall. While many are waiting to see what Taylor's next move will obviously be to support Kamala, some of her fans are starting to push back. These supporters are turning away from the left-wing elitist's usual agenda and instead rallying behind President Trump, who supports the working class. They're calling themselves “Swifties for Trump” and they're making quite a splash online.

It's great to see some pushback, but let's not get too excited just yet – these young people aren't exactly known for turning out in droves.

In any case, it's refreshing to see these young women standing up to the tyrannical control of the left. Not an easy task, especially since the left is notoriously vicious when it takes down its enemies.

Days after a support group created by Taylor Swift superfans to support Vice President Kamala Harris sparked an online uproar, a new trend emerged on August 17 that has divided fandom worldwide. It looks like Swift fans who are MAGA supporters are now coming together with a “Swifties for Trump” campaign on social media. So far, the Cruel Summer singer herself has stayed out of the political spotlight, keeping her support on the down low.

President Trump is having fun with the news, playfully sharing AI-generated photos of himself and Taylor, only to stir things up and watch the media fall.

Of course, right now, the left-wing media is having a meltdown, like this weird piece of Yahoo news.

The media always reacts this way, coming off as out-of-touch “parents” who don't understand the humor or context behind a funny meme, as if they have to scold and “school” everyone. It's tired and weird. We all know President Trump isn't trying to “fool” anyone into thinking Taylor Swift endorsed him. This is absurd. He's just having fun, doing some publicity and sharing a laugh with his followers. Meanwhile, there is a real group of “Swifties” who support President Trump, and maybe the media should focus on them if they want a real, legitimate reason to be scared.
