Immigrant accused of multiple sex crimes arrested in Massachusetts

Amid a series of arrests, another foreigner was arrested in Massachusetts and charged with multiple sex crimes.

The Biden-Harris administration's invitation and continued defense of so-called “asylum seekers” has continued to sow chaos in the United States, including the perpetuation of violent crimes against American citizens that have cost lives.

In another case that combined a lack of enforcement with a broken system that gives criminals loopholes, the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) division of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Boston arrested a Brazilian national on Tuesday on charges including rape. .

Jackson Bento-Pinheiro, 35, was said to have entered the country illegally on July 10, 2021, near San Ysidro, California, where he was arrested and issued a summons to appear before a judge in Department of Justice immigration. Published under the Alternatives to Detention program, a statement in his arrest he explained: “Bento reported to ERO Boston on August 22, 2021. Later that day, he was terminated from the ATD program.”

On April 26, a warrant was issued for his arrest “for felony violation of an abuse prevention order.”

Now, according to ERO Boston, “Jackson Bento-Pinheiro is accused of committing sex crimes against a Massachusetts resident. We simply cannot allow anyone who poses a threat like this to take advantage of the residents of our communities. ERO Boston will continue to prioritize the public safety through the aggressive apprehension and removal of New England non-citizen criminals.”

Charges against the man arrested in Wakefield, Massachusetts included assault to rape, indecent assault and assault over 14, as well as domestic assault and battery.

His arrest took place on the same day as ERO Boston arrested Cory Bernard Alvarez, 26, a Haitian national, was expected to appear in court for a hearing after being charged in March with allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl at a home in Massachusetts.

Also, a day earlier, Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin had highlighted a number of other foreign nationals who had been arrested by the agency on charges that included drug trafficking, rape and kidnapping.

“Earlier this month, ICE Boston also announced the arrest of a verified Colombian gang leader who was captured and released at the border under the Biden/Harris administration and wanted in Colombia for homicide and arms trafficking , as well as the arrest of a Brazilian illegal alien who is wanted for rape in his country,” said Melugin.

The correspondent went on to point out, “These are the type of flagrant criminals that ICE is holding before deportation. Kamala Harris is on video during the 2020 election cycle, promising at a campaign event in Iowa that she would shut down detention centers ICE arrest on 'day one' if elected. It's unclear where she stands on the issue now, as she continues to avoid media interviews or press conferences to discuss what her policies would be.”

Meanwhile, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey (D), who had voiced her support for Harris' presidential campaign, has overseen disastrous sanctuary policies that are expected to cost the state nearly all. 2 billion dollars at the current level of illegal employment. The ever-growing tab has facilitated more than 300 “serious” incidents that occurred at shelters in 2024 alone, according to Center for Immigration Studies director of policy studies Jessica Vaughn. he said the Boston Herald, “The state is clearly not providing a safe environment for these migrants.”
