Democrat Israel-Hating Squad Members Refuse To Vote For Resolution Condemning Hamas Baby-Killers ⋆ Conservative Firing Line

On Wednesday, the House voted 412-10 to pass HR 771, a simple resolution expressing support for Israel and condemning the barbaric Oct. 7 terrorist attack conducted by Iranian-backed Hamas.  Six of the eight so-called “Squad” members voted against the measure.

Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY., Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., Summer Lee, D-Pa., and Cori Bush, D-Mo., voted against the resolution.  Fox News said they were joined by Reps. André Carson, D-Ind., Al Green, D-Texas, and Delia Ramirez, D-Ill.

The Fox report added:

The remaining two “Squad” members, Reps. Greg Casar, D-Texas, and Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., were joined by Reps. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, Nydia Velázquez, D-N.Y., Jesús “Chuy” Garcia, D-Ill., and Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., in voting present.

One Republican, Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., voted against the resolution over concerns it could deepen the conflict, but explicitly condemned the attack by Hamas and affirmed Israel’s right to defend itself unlike some members of the “Squad.”

As we and others reported, Hamas terrorists backed by Iran invaded Israel on October 7 and brutally murdered some 1,400 Israelis, including women and young children.  To this day, some members of the Squad, specifically Tlaib, have never condemned those murders.
