New Massachusetts State Police records have revealed former President Barack Obama was “on the scene” when his personal chef drowned at his Martha’s Vineyard estate.
The documents were obtained by Washington DC watchdog group Judicial Watch.
Judicial supervision announced receiving 40 pages from the records of the State Police.
According to the nonprofit, the records, which are heavily redacted, indicate Barack Obama was present for an interview with a witness.
Police reportedly spoke with the ex-POTUS in the investigation into the death of the Obamas’ personal chef, Tafari Campbell.
Records indicate that Barack Obama arrived at the emergency response scene by motorcade.
A short time later a cold and wet woman arrived, who was a witness.
The next morning, the eyewitness was interviewed at the Obama residence, again with Barack Obama present.
The records also detail the existence of Secret Service video of Campbell and his paddleboarding partner entering the water, and the Secret Service’s emergency response immediately after the drowning.
State police records show they concluded there was “no foul play” in Campbell’s “accidental” death.

On Friday night, Fox News host Jesse Watters reported on the new information.
“The Massachusetts State Police responded to our FOIA request and released their report, with some redactions,” Watters said.
“According to the report, Obama was on the scene soon after Campbell disappeared.
“The report also claims that a female drone jumped into the water when Tafari fell from his table.
“It was too late. He disappeared.
“We now also know that the Secret Service has surveillance footage of Campbell from the Obama compound moments before he entered the water,” he continued.

“It is troubling that Judicial Watch has had to struggle for several months to find out that Barack Obama was personally involved in the investigation into the death of his personal chef Tafari Campbell,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a statement
In August 2023, Judicial Watch was released records received from the Edgarton, MA Police Department, which shows that the Secret Service reported that Obama’s personal chef, Tafari Campbell, was missing and that the body was found by sonar.
The records also state that clothing was found separated from the body and that he was not wearing a life jacket.
