Biden’s corrupt DOJ has issued yet another, third indictment against 2024 GOP frontrunner and former President Donald Trump. This time, all the charges relate to Trump’s questioning of the results of the 2020 election and the alleged “conspiracy” to overturn the results of the election.
As Biden’s third-world bribery schemes come to light, he is less and less concerned about leaning into the banana boat practice of criminally indicting his alleged election opponent in 2024. Recent reports suggest that the solution is underway, the judge handling the case is known to hand down sentences to the defendants on January 6th even harsher than those recommended by the government.

Anyone with past familiarity with the 45 page indictment will find that the charges are modeled almost exactly after the case built against Trump during the deeply committed Jan. 6 Committee hearings.

Among the many disturbing aspects of the indictment is the apparent attempt to criminalize President Trump’s First Amendment-protected speech about the 2020 election. While the DOJ, of course, denies that it is criminalizing speech per se, the The complaint states that “for more than two months after Election Day on November 3, 2020, the defendant spread lies that there had been election fraud and that he had actually won.” He adds, “these statements were false, and the defendant knew they were false.” Prosecutors say Trump’s “knowingly false claims” created “an intense national atmosphere of distrust and anger” that eroded public faith in the election, according to the indictment.
These accusations are not only false, they are a clear attempt to codify the war against “disinformation” (that is, speech the regime does not like) in criminal law. In fact, one of the charges brought against Trump, the vague charge of “conspiracy against rights,” is the exact same charge the Biden Administration deployed against Douglass Mackey, aka Ricky Vaughn, to convict him of a felony for tweeting a meme mocking Hillary Clinton.

For his part, Trump has taken it Social Truth with a strong statement condemning these latest charges as another glaring example of the Biden DOJ’s election interference against Biden’s alleged opponent in the 2024 election.
“This is but the latest corrupt chapter in the continuing pathetic attempt by the Biden Crime Family and their armed Justice Department to interfere with the 2024 presidential election, in which President Trump is the undisputed leader, and leads by substantial margins.
But why did they wait two and a half years to file these bogus charges, right in the middle of President Trump’s winning 2024 campaign? Why was it announced the day after the great Crooked Joe Biden scandal erupted from the halls of Congress?
The answer is, electoral interference! The lawlessness of these persecutions of President Trump and his supporters is reminiscent of Nazi Germany in the 1930s, the former Soviet Union and other authoritarian dictatorial regimes. President Trump has always followed the law and the Constitution, with the advice of many high profile lawyers.
These un-American witch hunts will fail and President Trump will be re-elected to the White House so he can save our country from the abuse, incompetence and corruption that runs through our country’s veins at levels never seen before. Three years ago we had strong borders, energy independence, no inflation and a great economy. Today we are a nation in decline. President Trump will not be deterred by a shameful and unprecedented political goal!”
