Democratic Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett, a non-voting delegate from the U.S. Virgin Islands, said the quiet part out loud while appearing on MSNBC’s ‘The Inside Interview’ with former White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Sunday.
The US government should define for America what “truth” is and censor those Americans who disagree. I will see:
“Well, you know, first of all, they want to talk about censorship,” Plaskett said. “That every time you point out falsehoods, you are censoring, you are preventing people from speaking. It’s not like we’re not stopping people from talking [sic], people can talk, but we’re also going to give the American people the truth so they can have science, facts, and history against the wild and outlandish claims the Republicans are trying to make. Not only will this prevent them from going to the polls or suppressing the vote or telling lies, but it is also very harmful to the American people.”
In other words, the US government will stop people from speaking what Stacey Plaskett and her fellow Democrats call “the truth.” Numerous times in the past ten years, the Democratic Party and the media have misled the American people about the truth. Whether it was false claims about Covid vaccines in the Russia hoax or racist incendiary police shootings, the American people have been led to believe in a harmful political agenda.
Stacey Plaskett gained notoriety this week by turning congressional hearings on Big Tech censorship into a circus. Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) spoke with her about censorship since the opening of the hearings.

When he argued with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. by herself telling falsehoods, she was the recipient of a forceful objection from the Democratic presidential candidate and son of the late Robert F. Kennedy.

House Democrats then failed in their attempt to exclude Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from a federal impeachment hearing, claiming his presence violated House rules designed to prevent defamatory or defamatory testimony.
His various efforts to silence Kennedy during the hearing led him to comment, “This is an attempt to censure a censure hearing.”
His guilt-by-association attack on Robert F. Kennedy backfired further when Rep. Kat McCormack (R-FL) revealed that Plaskett had accepted money from now-deceased convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

A viral clip from the hearings showed Plaskett misspelling words from a transcript that was memorized and possibly written by his staff.

It’s obvious why Democrats like Stacey Plaskett want to censor the American people: they want to keep you from seeing embarrassing clips like the ones I just showed you.
