“Woke” Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortex (D-NY), known to her cult following as “AOC,” is leading a partisan call to shut down conservative viewpoints on radio and television.

In an interview with former White House press secretary Jen Psaki on MSNBC, the socialist ideologue called for speech restrictions on conservative news anchors like Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

“When you look at what Tucker Carlson and some of these other people at Fox are doing, it’s very, very clearly incitement to violence, very clearly incitement to violence,” he claimed without evidence. “And that’s the line I think we have to be willing to fight.”

He also peddled a baseless conspiracy theory that House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) doesn’t actually run his caucus.

Ironically, the AOC recently accused Republicans of “fascism” following the expulsion of two state Democratic lawmakers who disrupted proceedings in the Tennessee House.

Justin Jones, a member of the “Tennessee Three” who was expelled, was later reinstated despite the Republicans having a supermajority.

“The main purpose of protesting is to make people uncomfortable,” he tweeted. “Activists take this discomfort with the status quo and advocate for specific policy changes. Popular support often starts small and grows. For people who complain about protest demands make others uncomfortable… This is the point”.

The Black Lives Matter/Antifa protests that followed the controversial death of George Floyd fueled the riots that killed dozens of people and caused an estimated two billion in damages. That’s a thousand times the damage estimated to have been done during the January 6 Capitol riots.

But if the fascist speech police got their way, the American people wouldn’t be able to hear this on the television networks. It would just be MSNBC-style leftist propaganda 24/7 so everyone can live in a socialist propaganda bubble.

It is un-American for a sitting congresswoman to make such partisan arguments. The radical left has become a threat to the freedom of the press and freedom of speech that have made their nation truly democratic.
